Whilst this is my 4th countryman, the model I've bought is very different in terms of set up and controls. I wish I'd allowed more time to pick it up and have a longer handover with the salesman but I was short of time.

Contact from garage in advance to alert me that my MOT was going be due soon, and rescheduled original date of planned service to allow this to be done, too

Not only was the necessary work done but the car was picked up and returned to my home. This was really appreciated as we are in our 70's and no longer like driving through the rush hour to drop off the car for service.

While happy with service/MOT it was disappointing to be told car was ready to be taken away, advisor was just waiting for the paperwork to be sent through, only an hour later to inform me that workshop had forgot to do MOT resulting in a further wait

Everything was smooth I know it was a busy day and for very good reason, everything is done so well I feel it would be helpful if a routine service is going to take nearly 6 hours , you should be told this before hand, to help plan your day
